What cards does koodos accept?
koodos accepts Maestro (inc Switch), Solo, Mastercard and Visa.

What is the security number?
With credit card orders - to protect you - we request the verification code from your credit card.
The Verification Code is a three-digit number on the back of your Mastercard or Visa Credit card. The full credit card number or just the last four digits of your card number are in the signature box and at the end of the number is the verification Code. -
Why do I want to save my card details?
koodos takes the security of your information very seriously. We store your card information on a secure server, and we encrypt your card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. By storing your card details, you can speed up your order process.

When will I be charged?
For credit card/debit card orders, your card will be charged when your parcel is despatched from the merchant warehouse. You will only be charged for what has been shipped.

Can I pay in currencies other than GB pounds?
Not currently but this will become a later option.

What is an eVoucher?
An eVoucher is a promotional offer from koodos that allows a customer to receive a discount on a purchase. It is most commonly offered in the form of a code. The eVoucher can only be used once. The eVoucher discount only applies to products and the amount of your total purchase before postage is added.

How do I redeem eVouchers?
Once you have filled your basket, go to ‘checkout’.
If you have not already done so, you will be asked to log in.
Once logged in, you will be directed to the page detailing the total cost of your purchase including postage.
Click on ‘add eVoucher’.
Enter promotional eVoucher code – remember this is case- sensitive.
You should then be redirected to the previous page but with the value of the eVoucher deducted from your total.
Proceed by entering your card details to carry out your purchase.
