Where do you get your products from?
We get our products from authentic brands and suppliers locally in the UK and elsewhere around the world. We then work side-by-side with these brands and suppliers to ensure that we can offer you great products at the lowest prices possible.

Yes. When sourcing our products, we ensure each product is genuine, and originates from an authentic brand. We have also created a koodos promise to emphasise our commitment to only selling genuine brands from our site.

What is the koodos promise?
The koodos promise states that: If, after making a purchase from koodos, you are not delighted with the product, we will happily refund your purchase. In this way we give you the reassurance of shopping for your favourite brands at great prices.

What is Original Price?
Before koodos prices an item to sell from the site, there is a stringent price comparison procedure. This procedure entails an independent price comparison as well as collecting information from the specific brand featured. The original price is then concluded.

Why is this product on the site if it's sold out?
Our apologies if an item you would like to order is sold out. Our merchandise sells very quickly because of the nature of the offering and occasionally a scenario unfolds where the website is not updated before a customer attempts to make a purchase. We do not remove images from a sales events whilst it is still on, but do identify the product as sold out immediately. We recommend that you keep your contact preferences and your profile updated so that we can notify you when the products you want come in.

Why don't you order more stock?
The products we sell from our site are directly from merchants. This usually involves selling the last of their stock, which is why we can offer such great prices. Seldomly we can get additional products and when that happens, we immediately post these for sale on the site. Why can you not always guarantee stock of an item for sale?
We advise our customers that there is a chance that an item might not be available if there are fewer than three showing as "in- stock". There are sometimes small errors, and more people who want a particular style than there is inventory in stock. If this happens to you, please accept our apologies.

Sorry, no. Photographs used on the site are created by koodos and as such, they are protected by copyright. This copyright belongs to koodos, and restricts any third party reproduction without permission.
