Everyone here is a builder. There are no bystanders. Ownership means noticing what needs to happen, making the next step clear, and seeing it through. Autonomy is not going rogue. It is being accountable to yourself and the people around you.

Every project, hire and iteration is a chance to get better. Ambition is our baseline.

That does not mean everything can be perfect at once. We choose where to push, give honest feedback, and keep building while we improve. The bar belongs to all of us.
